Return, exchange or damaged goods received? If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged in transit? Let us know so we can solve it for you. Free return of goods for order above €20. For smaller orders we will charge €6,50.

Warranty
We give a 24 month warranty on all our products. We solve manufacturing faults and help you with a justified complaint if your product does not last as long as you may expect.
Flow Amsterdam can choose to repair the product for free, send you a replacement, give you a replacement part or refund the purchase amount to you.
