Fast delivery
All products will be supplied from stock. Flow Amsterdam sends all shipments by courier with track and trace. For this we use DHL. Orders before 15.00 will be shipped the same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands will normally be delivered the next business day.
Free shipment
For orders above €20,00 will be sent for free within Belgium and the Netherlands. Orders below €20,00 will come with an extra €6,50 for handeling and shipping. Other countries have a different price for shipping, depending on the country.

Return, exchange or damaged goods received? If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged in transit? Let us know so we can solve it for you. Free return of goods for order above €20. For smaller orders we will charge €6,50.

Want your money returned? We will arrange this within 14 days after we received the return shipment. Please contact our customer care if you want to return your products.
Warranty
We give a 24 month warranty on all our products. We solve manufacturing faults and help you with a justified complaint if your product does not last as long as you may expect.
Flow Amsterdam can choose to repair the product for free, send you a replacement, give you a replacement part or refund the purchase amount to you.
